The life & soul academy has been run by sally illsey for the past 5 years, operating for that time from kings langley secondary school, the performing arts school has now relocated to the boxmoor hall in hemel hempstead. This inclusive dance school caters for children from 18 months through to adult. No audition necessary as its ethos is to offer the performing arts to everyone to enjoy and participate in. The well being classes such as yoga, pilates, tai chi and nia is a new venture and so far very well recieved. Classes are available as drop in or courses. Seminars and workshops in laughter, nutrition, allergies to name a few are planned to appeal to a wider audience. The treatment room is available to rent to therapists on an hourly, block or day rate. A directory of therapists is available on the life & soul website.
